Every first Tuesday of each month, we invite you to #riseandrun with us for our monthly runWestin group runs. We are joined by Charlie Watson, also known as The Runner Beans, a leading fitness blogger who champions the journey to a healthy, more active life through honest fitness, food and wellbeing.
This time, Charlie will be joined by breathwork coach Stuart Sandeman, to guide you through a 15-minute pre-run breathing masterclass, teaching how to use your breath to improve energy levels and start the day on the right foot.
Our next morning run is on Tuesday, 5th November 2019 starting from 42 Southwark Street, London Se1 1UN, only a short walk from London Bridge.
